Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to join a well-established, hospital-affiliated outpatient practice. This role offers a collaborative environment with a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice providers, diabetes educators, and dietitians. The position provides a full-scope endocrinology practice with a strong focus on diabetes management, including an active population of insulin pump patients. Located adjacent to a dedicated Diabetes Center, this role supports a balanced lifestyle with primarily outpatient responsibilities and opportunities for teaching.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic conditions
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including management of insulin pump therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CRNPs, diabetes educators, and dietitians
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
- Engage in teaching opportunities with residency program participants (optional)
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- Strong clinical skills in managing endocrine and metabolic disorders
- Interest in collaborative, team-based care
