- Practice has 5 APRN's, 2 Registered Dietician, 1 Nurse Educator, and support staff
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 7a-5p
- Patients only 18 & up
- Opportunity to build a practice with a guaranteed salary
- Outpatient 24/7 Diabetes care, 20-25 patients per day, Complex Care patients 10-12 per day
