  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule; no nights or weekends
  • Outpatient-only role with 14 - 16 patients per day
  • Build a new service line with an established patient base and strong referrals
  • Geriatric-focused practice with dedicated MA for each physician
  • Onsite social workers, dieticians, pharmacy, mid-level providers, and podiatry
  • Health system-employed position; DEA required
  • Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
  • Located on Lake Erie, one hour from Detroit with regional and international airport access
