We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our endodontic practice. We are a patient-focused practice that takes pride in providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
We are looking for someone who is not only confident in their clinical skills but is also eager to become a well-rounded member of our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to cross-train in both the clinical and front office areas and enjoy learning different aspects of the practice.
What You'll Do
Clinical / Dental Assisting
Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures
Provide excellent chairside support and anticipate the doctor's needs
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Take and/or assist with dental imaging as appropriate
Provide patients with compassionate care before, during, and after treatment
Help ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
Front Office / Cross-Training
Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related tasks
Present treatment plans and financial information to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
Assist with patient scheduling and communication
Help coordinate patient care and follow-up
Learn and assist with other front office responsibilities as needed
The Ideal Candidate

Can confidently communicate treatment information with patients

Wants to grow with a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Experience as a dental assistant is preferred. Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Strong computer and data entry skills
