    We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endodontist to join our established, doctor-led specialty group in Columbia, Maryland.     What We Offer:

    • Base salary plus production-based bonus structure
    • Total annual compensation of $350,000-$500,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures
    • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for endodontic conditions
    • Utilize advanced imaging and clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment
    • Collaborate with referring providers and internal team members
    • Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care
    • Maintain high clinical standards, documentation, and compliance protocols

    Qualifications:

    • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
    • Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
    • Active Maryland dental license (or ability to obtain)
    • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in endodontic procedures
    • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
    • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
