Position Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and accurate diagnoses

• Develop and implement detailed endodontic treatment plans

• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical endodontic procedures as needed

• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care for long-term dental health

Essential Job Functions

• Utilize advanced dental equipment and modern endodontic technologies

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation

• Stay current with advancements and best practices through continuing education

• Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards

• Deliver exceptional patient care focused on comfort and satisfaction

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program

• Completion of an accredited Endodontic Residency

• Active Connecticut dental license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

• Proficiency with advanced endodontic technologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $180,000 – $350,000, commensurate with experience
