Your Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat complex dental pulp and root canal conditions.
- Perform nonsurgical and surgical endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
- Evaluate dental radiographs, CBCT scans, and clinical findings to develop accurate treatment plans.
- Manage dental pain, trauma-related injuries, and dental emergencies.
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.
- Collaborate with referring general dentists and dental specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols.
- Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities as required.
What We're Looking For:
- D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Wisconsin
- Certificate of Specialty in Endodontics
- Board Certified by the American Association of Endodontics (AAE) preferred
- Clinical proficiency in the use of Dental Operating Microscope or Surgical Operating Microscope
