    Description

    Endodontist – Part-Time

    Location: Manahawkin

    Schedule:

    Part-Time

    Minimum 2 days per month (Wednesdays preferred; flexible scheduling available)

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and patient-focused Endodontist to join our established practice in Manahawkin, New Jersey on a part-time basis.     • Annual earning potential of $120,000 – $170,000 (part-time, annualized)

    Practice Overview:

    • Established practice serving the community since 1979
    • Multi-provider team including general dentists, oral surgery, and periodontics
    • Active patient base of approximately 2,500
    • Annual practice revenue of approximately $3.8 million
    • Payer mix: 33% fee-for-service / 67% PPO
    • Full range of in-house specialty services including oral surgery, periodontics, sleep apnea, Invisalign, and full-arch implant solutions

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies
    • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for endodontic conditions
    • Utilize advanced imaging and digital technology to support diagnosis and treatment
    • Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure continuity of care
    • Educate patients on treatment options and post-procedure care
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
    • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

    Qualifications:

    • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
    • Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
    • Active New Jersey dental license (or ability to obtain)
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience required
    • Strong proficiency in all aspects of endodontics including anterior, premolar, and molar root canal therapy, retreatments, and surgical procedures
    • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
    • Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care
    • Willingness to participate with insurance plans as needed
