    Endodontist

    Permanent Position + Equity | New Braunfels, TX

    About the Opportunity

    Our staffing firm is partnering with an established dental practice in New Braunfels with an excellent reputation in the community. We are seeking a skilled Endodontist to join the team as a permanent member.     Position Details

    Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time
    Schedule: Flexible hours available
    Location: New Braunfels, TX
    Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of dental pulp and periradicular tissues

    • Perform root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, and apicoectomies

    • Utilize advanced endodontic techniques including rotary instrumentation and digital imaging

    • Manage complex endodontic cases and dental trauma

    • Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to provide comprehensive patient care

    • Educate patients on endodontic procedures, treatment options, and post-operative care

    • Maintain detailed clinical records and treatment documentation

    • Stay current with continuing education and advances in endodontic technology and techniques

    • Participate in practice development and patient relationship building



    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    Education & Licensure:

    • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
    • Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program
    • Certificate or advanced degree in Endodontics
    • Active dental license in at least one U.S. state (Texas licensure not required at time of application but must be obtained prior to start date)

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical dentistry experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency in endodontic procedures and patient management

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
    • Exceptional patient communication and chairside manner
    • Ability to work collaboratively with general dentists and dental team members
    • Commitment to continuing education and professional development
    • Proficiency with dental technology including digital radiography and practice management software

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with microscope-assisted endodontics
    • Familiarity with cone beam computed tomography (CBCT)
    • Previous experience in private practice setting
    • Bilingual English/Spanish
