$100K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus

Step into a high-performing Endodontic practice with a fully booked schedule, 45% collections, and $100,000 in sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Operating Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • High-Income Opportunity: Endodontists in this role typically earn between $500,000 and $650,000 annually, with additional earning potential based on collections and case volume.
  • Growing Patient Demand: The practice receives over 220 patient referrals per month, driven by strong relationships with 150–175 referring general dentists across Indiana and Michigan.
  • Long-Term Practice Stability: Dr. Risser is seeking to add an Endodontist to support the growing community need and ensure the future stability and success of the practice.

  • Dual-Location Opportunity: Practice at both South Bend and Elkhart locations (just 17 miles apart), with flexibility to customize your schedule and patient flow.
  • Strong Production Potential: Step into a full case load following Dr. Feltman's recent retirement, with 45-minute patient blocks and the ability to stay as busy as you want.
  • Supportive, Tenured Team: Work alongside a highly experienced team, including team members who have been with the practice for 20 to 50 years—providing seamless clinical support and a positive work environment.
  • Advanced Technology: Equipped with CBCT, Global microscopes, Endovision, System B, Obtura III Max, and redundant backups for all critical systems, ensuring no interruption to patient care.
  • Full-Scope Endodontic Practice: Perform a wide range of procedures—from conventional root canals to apicoectomies, surgical extractions, internal repairs, and even exploratory surgeries.
  • Flexible Schedule Options: Enjoy a 4- or 5-day work week, with operating hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM (Mon–Thurs) and 7:00 AM to 2:00/3:00 PM on Fridays.
  • New Grad Friendly: While ideal candidates have 2–5 years of postgrad experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and onboarding support available.

Qualifications:                          
  • Required: Valid Licensure in the relevant jurisdiction, Valid certificate of training in endodontics from an ADA-accredited residency training program. Board Certification is nice to have. 
As an Endodontist, you will:                    
  • Perform a full range of endodontic services, including root canal therapy, retreatment, and surgical endodontics, using current techniques and technologies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients with endodontic concerns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborate with dental specialists and healthcare professionals for integrated patient care, ensuring timely correspondence with referring doctors.
  • Stay current with advancements in endodontic research and techniques through continuing education, while adhering to clinical protocols and providing mentorship to support staff.
