Endodontist – Surprise & Avondale, Arizona Full-Time or Part-Time | $25,000 Sign-On Bonus | Visa Sponsorship Available Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Endodontist to support our practices in Surprise and Avondale, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity to join established practices with a strong referral network, flexible scheduling, and the support of a comprehensive dental organization. $25,000 sign-on bonus available. Position Highlights Full-time or flexible part-time opportunities available Established referral network with direct referrals from multiple General Dentists Predominantly PPO patient base Comprehensive, well-supported dental practices Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability Compensation based on a percentage of production $25,000 sign-on bonus H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship available Practice Locations This position supports two Gentle Dental practices in the Surprise and Avondale area: Surprise 15601 W. Bell Road, Suite 202 Surprise, AZ 85379 Avondale 10210 W.
