Now Hiring: Nurse Manager – Endoscopy Center Nurse Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our expanding Endoscopy Services in Woburn, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about engaging teams, driving meaningful change, and delivering high-quality, safe patient care.
Position Summary
Reporting to the ACNO of Surgical Services, the Nurse Manager provides clinical and operational leadership, ensuring excellence in patient outcomes, staff engagement, and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who inspires colleagues, builds strong interdisciplinary partnerships, and fosters a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support nursing teams through our outpatient facility
Promote a culture of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care
Engage, mentor, and develop nursing staff to achieve professional growth and retention
Drive change initiatives that improve workflows, efficiency, and clinical outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to meet organizational goals
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and best practices
Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics effectively
Qualifications
Active RN license in the State of Massachusetts
BSN required; MSN preferred (MSN required within 5 years of hire)
Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Manager with proven leadership skills
Clinical experience in specialized care, Endoscopy experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to effectively prepare, coordinate, and execute educational sessions geared towards the needs of the department
Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build efficiencies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Commitment to quality, safety, and patient experience
Preferred:
Membership in a professional nursing organization
Certification in specialty preferred or obtained within 2 years of hire

Pay Range:
$145,000.00 USD - $205,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
