General Summary Statement
Provides patient care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Performs duties that support the operation of the nursing unit.
Adheres to Nursing Policies and Procedures and Organizational Goals and Objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Care Responsibilities
Education Training and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of Surgical technician program (Required)
Operating Room experience preferred.
Maintains CPR, TST and Education on the Go within CCH deadlines.
Licensure/Certification
CPR certification required.
Must meet specialty specific competency requirements: Aseptic Technique, Sterilization, Electrosurgical Unit & Positioning
