Founded in 1971, Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) remains the nation’s largest non-profit dialysis provider. With a team of approximately 5,000 talented and caring employees serving across the United States, DCI provides care to nearly 15,000 patients on dialysis and 3,500 patients with chronic kidney disease. We offer a variety of services including in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis (PD). Each position within DCI, from billers to administrators to nursing staff, contributes toward the goal of providing excellent patient care. Our staff has helped DCI achieve the lowest mortality and hospitalization rates among large dialysis providers for the past 13 years in a row.

The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing all User endpoint devices across the organization, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual endpoints. This role ensures endpoint compliance with security policies, supports software deployment and patching, and collaborates with IT teams to deliver a seamless user experience on 8,000+ endpoints . Success in this role is measured by endpoint uptime, patch compliance rates, and user satisfaction scores. This position is on-site at our corporate office in Nashville Tennessee.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation: Pay range $60k-$70k, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Endpoint Management

  • Administer and maintain endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, MEM, JAMF).
  • Deploy and update software packages, patches, and security configurations across all endpoints with a 95%+ patch compliance rate.
  • Monitor endpoint health and performance using centralized tools, maintaining 99.9% uptime.
  • Administer and deploy device images for laptops and desktops using MEM or other tools

Security & Compliance

  • Enforce endpoint security policies including encryption, , and firewall settings.
  • Respond to endpoint-related security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, and internal security standards.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related issues escalated from the help desk
  • Serve as primary IT support team member for our corporate office, including onsite or remote staff
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle documentation.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk teams to align endpoint strategies.
  • Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in endpoint-related projects and initiatives.

Security

  • All employees must ensure that they are aware of and comply with DCI’s information security policies and procedures and are fully committed to implementing them in their daily work routines.
  • Employees must be responsible for safeguarding DCI’s assets, including information, hardware, software, and intellectual property, from any unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
  • Employees should report any security events, potential events, or other security risks to the organization in a timely manner to ensure quick mitigation and prevent any further damage.



Education

  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in lieu of education: 2+ years of relevant endpoint administration experience.

Experience

  • Required: 2+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoints using tools like Intune, MEM, JAMF, or similar.
  • Preferred: Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash), MDM platforms, and endpoint security tools.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Preferred: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
  • Required: N/A

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
