Endpoint Automation Specialist (Hybrid)

We're hiring an Endpoint Automation Specialist to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role be onsite initially and once training complete become hybrid with 3 days onsite required.

Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of applicable workstation, server, and/or application support experience to include software and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong Windows Workstation OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy experience
• Experience with:
  • PowerShell and/or Python 
  • PC hardware and troubleshooting expertise
  • Intune, MDM, and Entra ID knowledge
  • BigFix and/or SCCM/ECM experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Help design, build, test, support, and improve the workstation platform and remote access technologies used by more than 18,000 associates
• Collaborate with technical leads and engineers on enterprise initiatives, developing and testing Windows workstation deployments using BigFix OSD and Intune (also upcoming Autopilot with cloud native endpoints)
• Troubleshoot imaging and endpoint management issues, and supporting improvements to hardware standards and endpoint security
• Work hands-on with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, BigFix OSD, Windows operating systems, Citrix virtual desktops, VPN and remote access solutions, Azure Boards, and ServiceNow

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree; OR
• 4 years of job-related work experience; OR
• 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
• A+ Certification (Highly Preferred)

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workstation and server administration, with at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, although equivalent work experience will be considered. U.S. citizenship or Green Card status is required.

The hourly rate for this position is $29.58.
