About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Intune Solutions Engineer to lead and support endpoint management initiatives in amodern enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who brings deep Microsoft Intuneexpertise and can quickly contribute with minimal onboarding or oversight.

The successful candidate will play a key role in device deployment, migration efforts, endpoint management,policy administration, and troubleshooting. This position requires an independent contributor who is comfortabletaking ownership of technical solutions, identifying challenges, and driving resolution from planning through execution.

You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure devices are securely managed,properly configured, and aligned with organizational standards. The ideal candidate has participated in significantIntune implementations and understands best practices for managing large-scale endpoint environments.

What You'll Do

Endpoint Management & Administration

Manage and support modern device management solutions using Microsoft Intune.

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune environments.
• Configure and manage device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain device compliance and configuration policies.
• Support application deployment and software distribution through Intune.
• Ensure endpoint management solutions align with security and operational requirements.

Intune Deployments & Migrations

Lead technical execution of endpoint transformation initiatives.

• Support Intune implementation, rollout, and migration projects.
• Plan and execute device migration activities with minimal disruption to end users.
• Assist in transitioning devices from legacy management platforms to Intune.
• Validate configurations, policies, and deployment strategies.
• Recommend improvements to endpoint management processes and standards.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Provide advanced technical support for endpoint-related issues.

• Diagnose and resolve complex Intune, device management, and endpoint configuration issues.
• Investigate policy conflicts, deployment failures, and enrollment challenges.
• Support end-user computing initiatives and operational support activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions to recurring issues.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and best practices.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner with technical teams to strengthen endpoint management capabilities.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams.
• Contribute to endpoint management strategies and governance initiatives.
• Participate in testing, validation, and change implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
