Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to support a mission-focused federal cybersecurity program in Washington DC.

You will lead secure endpoint and data transfer controls supporting national security and law enforcement systems while helping strengthen security operations, compliance, and mission assurance.
The Senior Endpoint Security Engineer will lead endpoint security and cross-domain solution support, including secure transfer, removable media control, auditing, policy enforcement, and compliance activities. This role provides senior technical support for endpoint protection in secure mission environments and helps ensure endpoints remain hardened, monitored, and aligned with mission and security requirements.
The Senior Endpoint Security Engineer will lead endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, incident investigation, secure data transfer controls, auditing, compliance documentation, and endpoint security process improvements. This position will also mentor junior staff, support remediation activities, troubleshoot complex endpoint security issues, and work closely with cybersecurity teams, system administrators, ISSOs, incident responders, service desk personnel, and program leadership to reduce risk across the environment.
This role requires a hands-on senior cybersecurity professional with experience supporting endpoint protection, secure data transfer, removable media controls, auditing, compliance, and incident response in secure or regulated environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical judgment, documentation discipline, mentoring ability, security awareness, and the ability to lead endpoint security operations in a classified or sensitive federal mission environment.
