This is a 100% onsite role located in Chelmsford, MA, a suburb of Boston. The position is with a government agency, and candidates must be US citizens. The role is for a duration of 6 months with 2 positions available.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair, replacement, or upgrade, including laptops, desktops, servers, switches, mobile devices, printers, copiers, plotters, and video conferencing equipment.
- Work with Windows OS, Client Office, Office 365, iOS, mobile devices, and VM tools.
- Perform hands-on hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Apply detective-like troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in customer IT service delivery, ticketing tools, and knowledge-based systems.
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Must be able to work onsite in Chelmsford, MA.
- 6-8 years of experience in IT Service Management Consulting.
