You'll work in an environment with established workflows and governance, focused on accuracy, coordination, and maintaining key systems. While many responsibilities are recurring and well-defined, the role also requires the ability to anticipate changes, adjust processes, and support updates to policies and procedures as system and business needs evolve.

This position offers clear expectations and ownership of core processes, along with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement and ensure operations remain aligned with changing requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate recurring processes across internal teams including GSOC, Accounting, Planning, and Billing
  • Review and validate data for accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Support monthly and annual processes such as scheduling updates, billing inputs, and true-ups
  • Track and maintain planned outage schedules and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Participate in regular coordination calls and recurring operational meetings
  • Document process updates and ensure consistent application of procedures
  • Identify and support incremental improvements to existing processes

At more senior levels, you may:

  • Lead cross-functional coordination efforts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on operational processes and policies
  • Recommend and implement process improvements

What You Bring

  • Preference for predictable, structured work environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized across recurring tasks and timelines
  • Comfort working independently within clearly defined processes
  • Clear and professional communication skills for internal coordination
  • Reliability and consistency in executing established workflows

Education & Experience

  • Specialist: Approximately 5+ years of experience in operations, data coordination, or similar environments
  • Senior Specialist: Approximately 10+ years of relevant experience with deeper subject matter expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience working with structured data, reporting, or operational processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking
  • Ability to follow and apply defined procedures, policies, and workflows
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Understanding of power systems or energy markets is helpful, but not required
  • Ability to work effectively in a stable, process-oriented environment
