This position is a hybrid role of leadership and service bartendingserving ensuring every guest enjoys the vibrant experience that defines us. Responsibilities Assist with opening closing and daily operations while ensuring quality and service excellence. Lead and motivate the team during shifts promoting our culture of hospitality. Participate in management meetings to drive sales hiring and team development. Control costs manage inventories and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Maintain the restaurant ambiance including music lighting and proper table setup. Qualifications Passion for hospitality and positive leadership. At least 21 years old Food Manager Certified and TIPS Certified. Ability to work both service and management shifts. Strong teamwork and guest-focused mindset.
