Energy Enrollment Representative

Compensation: $700–$1000 weekly base pay, based on experience, plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives

Hireverse is hiring an outgoing and motivated Energy Enrollment Representative to represent our client inside established retail locations throughout the Oak Brook area. This is a customer-facing sales position focused on educating shoppers about available energy-service options and assisting interested customers through the enrollment process.

This is a full-time, W-2 opportunity offering guaranteed weekly base pay plus uncapped performance-based earning opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers inside assigned retail locations
• Explain energy-service options clearly and accurately
• Answer questions regarding plans, pricing, and enrollment
• Assist qualified customers through the enrollment process
• Represent the client’s brand professionally and ethically
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate enrollment information and follow compliance procedures
• Participate in scheduled training, coaching, and team meetings
• Travel locally between the South Houston office and assigned retail locations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or promotions is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team
• Willing to work in retail locations and attend meetings in Evergreen Park
• Reliable transportation for local travel
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including at least one weekend day as needed

Schedule and Work Environment

This is an in-person position, not a remote or office-only role. Representatives work inside designated retail locations and report to the Oak Brook office for scheduled meetings, training, and development.
