REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree or Minimum 5 years experience in working with utility companies on:
• Energy Management Programs • Utility rates • Electrical & mechanical systems • Consolidation of meters • Retrofitting of lighting systems • Cycling of air conditioning equipment • Calculation of electrical loads for new wing additions and for new campuses • Bidding out for electrical power and • Writing energy management policies

THE ROLE OF THE ENERGY MANAGER The role of the Energy Manager is to provide leadership skills in planning organizing and coordinating an efficient energy management program consistent with Federal State and Local regulations and to be responsible for implementing the districts Energy Management Policy.
