About the role:
The Energy and Facilities Manager is a site-level role. This position combines Maintenance Management responsibilities with a strong focus on Energy Management and collaborates cross-functionally with key site stakeholders, including Plant, Technical, Asset, Project Engineering, and Maintenance & Production teams, as well as external partners such as suppliers, contractors, and regulators. The primary objective of the role is to drive energy efficiency and support the company's sustainability goals by reducing energy intensity and CO emissions through best practices, energy-saving initiatives, and innovative solutions, while ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The role also ensures the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of site buildings and utilities, including water, electricity, HVAC, compressed air, and steam.
