This position serves as the primary business and thought leader for a portfolio of similar clients, with accountability for market strategy, financial results, projections, and program execution. The Market Leader collaborates with their (Sr) Program Directors, Business Development team, Business Unit Leader (BUL), Discipline Leaders and other cross functional leaders to oversee projections, budgets, staffing, and program execution. Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as the operational and strategic leader for an assigned market sector, providing vision, direction, and oversight for all business activities within the market.Accountable for accuracy of projections, operations, financial performance, marketing and growth of the Market.Develop overall business development strategy to gain market share by adding new clients and/or services. Collaborate with Business Development team to identify new potential clients and develop strategy around how to pursue them.Direct the planning and execution of program/project management operations and procedures that align with corporate standards, ensuring consistent execution across their teams.Identify, train, and develop (Sr) Project Managers and (Sr) Program Directors.Regularly interface with Discipline Leaders within the Business Unit to address opportunities, challenges, areas of improvement, budgets, staffing needs, projections, and short- and long-term forecasts for the market.Assist with onboarding clients within the market and transition them to an identified Client Manager.Ability to translate client needs and market opportunities into actionable programs of work.Responsible for overseeing Project and Program Management within the market area to ensure key financial metrics are tracked, projections are accurate, and programs are financially sound-with an emphasis on driving revenue, profitability, and accounts receivable.
