Caterpillar's Electric Power Division is looking for a Energy Operations Center Manager to lead and manage a team of energy analysts who work in the 24x7 Network Operations Center.
Specifically, this role will lead, monitor, manage, and dispatch client assets during grid peak conditions, energy market events and other weather-related events.
This is a 1st shift role but may have some on-call / coverage responsibilities due to their team working 24/7.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Working knowledge and understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
