\nJob Description:
\nAs a Program Administrator (PA), you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a critical program in New Jersey. You will oversee the program pipeline, manage inquiries, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including the public, project teams, and the client. This role involves program tracking, reporting, document updates, quality assurance, and ensuring program targets are met. You will also contribute to continuous process improvements while addressing escalations and resolving complex challenges to meet client satisfaction goals.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nCoordinate with internal/external stakeholders to meet program targets.
\nServe as the primary client liaison, ensuring client satisfaction.
\nValidate projects for program compliance and conduct QA reviews.
\nMaintain and update program manuals, guidelines, and documentation.
\nManage the approval process for program documents.
\nAnalyze program pipeline data and track/report progress.
\nInvestigate and resolve customer and contractor escalations.
\nCollaborate with teams to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
\nParticipate in outreach events and represent the program at conferences.
\nDevelop tools and resources for monitoring program progress and training participants.
\nQualifications:
\nMinimum Requirements:
\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (up to 5 years in a related role).
\nStrong computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
\nExceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
\nCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
\nValid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
\nAbility to attend site visits/events throughout New Jersey.
\nMust be a New Jersey resident and live in/near PSE&G NJ service areas (preferably in Overburdened Communities as defined by NJ).
\nPreferred Qualifications:
\nExperience in the energy or utility industry.
\nLEED or CEM credentials.
