Energy Representative – Weekly Pay – Entry Level

Pay: $50,000–$70,000 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)
Compensation varies based on individual performance and results.

HighRange Collective is hiring full-time Energy Representatives in the Plano and surrounding DFW area. This role focuses on helping customers understand and enroll in energy service options while delivering a positive, informative experience in a retail environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work inside major retail locations engaging customers face-to-face
• Educate customers on energy plans, providers, and service benefits
• Assist with account enrollment and service setup
• Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
• Support overall sales goals through customer interaction and service
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training

First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$75,000 depending on individual performance.

Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or energy services is a plus but not required.
