Job Title: Energy Technician-Entry Level - Responsibilities: Assist senior techs on-site with air sealing, insulation, and diagnostic tests, perform basic diagnostics and routine maintenance, document service reports, and maintain tools/equipment. Learn to install basic energy efficiency measures under supervision: insulation, air sealing, lighting, low-flow fixtures, and thermostats while training side by side with an experienced crew member.
- Qualifications: No prior experience needed: 0–2 years in the trade, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a willingness to learn, and mechanical aptitude. Trade school or relevant certification preferred.

Physical requirements:
Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
Use repetitive hand motions & use of basic hand and power tools
Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
Lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds as needed
