The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer II for a world-class client in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with moderate supervision while handling tasks independently
• Drive manufacturing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve quality
• Plan, develop, and optimize production methods, workflows, and systems
• Analyze equipment, production lines, and operations to identify inefficiencies
• Act as a problem-solver within the manufacturing environment
• Apply technical expertise and analytical skills to improve overall production performance

Required Skills

• Experience in manufacturing / industrial engineering roles
• Strong understanding of process improvement and production optimization
• Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing systems and workflows
• Hands-on approach with equipment and operations analysis

Additional Details

• Location: San Antonio, TX
• Duration: 12-month contract (possible extension)
• Pay Rate: $30/hr - $35/hr
