Partners Worldwide
Partners Worldwide (PW) is a global network of businesspeople working together to end poverty through entrepreneurship and job creation. We believe all people are image bearers of God and have the right to live an abundant life. Through locally rooted, globally connected partnerships, we work to grow and sustain businesses that create jobs and strengthen communities.
As an employee of Partners Worldwide, you will be part of a global team that values each person as a true partner. Together, we celebrate entrepreneurs who are building businesses, providing for their families, and creating opportunities for others.
Our goal for 2030 is to equip partners in 30+ countries to serve over one million businesses — helping create and sustain three million jobs and enabling 15 million people to leave poverty behind.
The Role
The Engagement team at Partners Worldwide builds and sustains the donor and partner relationships that fund and strengthen our global network. The Engagement Assistant is the operational backbone behind that work — the person who ensures donors are followed up with, events run smoothly, grant processes stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role that blends relational awareness with strong execution. You will work closely with Engagement Managers and the Revenue Operations Manager to support donor communications, events, grant coordination, and the systems that keep the team organized and moving.
What success looks like here: a team that can trust the details are handled, donors who experience consistent and thoughtful engagement, and a CRM that reflects the quality of relationships Partners Worldwide is building.
This role is well-suited to someone who is energized by supporting meaningful work, takes ownership without needing to be asked twice, and understands that operational excellence and relational warmth are not opposites but rather what makes donor relations feel like true partnership.
