What to Expect

As a member of HCA's Engagement Team for our California locations, the Engagement Associate is responsible for executing engagement initiatives that drive employee engagement. This position will lead and execute on corporate level employee recognition and appreciation initiatives. This position will collaborate with the Communications, Branding, and Events Leads to assess HCA's ROI on events and ensure programs are meeting the desired outcome of increased engagement and employee engagement opportunities. Additionally, this position will support overall department and team level projects with a focus on increasing engagement.

What You Will Do

1. Engagement Team Support

• Support global and enterprise-wide programs and projects including AwardLink, Service Awards, and Connect Clubs.

• Support various ad-hoc activities including reporting, tracking, monitoring, managing event invites/RSVPs, team inbox correspondence, resource management, swag inventory, and other activities as needed.

2. Support Engagement Events

• Source vendors, budget management, catering, and activities, as well as support communication plans and coordinating executive hosts and schedules.

• Maintain inventory of gifts and equipment, prepare presentations, conduct regular audits, and other program and event duties as needed.

• Partner with other engagement team members to assess HCA's ROI on events and ensure programs are meeting the desired outcome of increased engagement.

3. Support Corporate Communication

• Partner with HCA's Communications & Branding Leads to assist with drafting and tracking corporate communications and content for HCA's Corporate social media accounts and internal communication channels.

4. Support Corporate Events

• Source vendors, budget management, catering, and activities, as well as support communication plans.

• Maintain inventory of gifts and equipment, prepare presentations, conduct regular audits, and other program and event duties as needed.

• Partner with other engagement team members to assess HCA's ROI on events and ensure programs are meeting the desired outcome of increased engagement.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 2-4 years of previous experience in a corporate environment.

• Professional experience with event coordination, social media, and/or communications.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
