Were looking for an Engagement & Delivery Manager to join our team in Guernsey in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will have a significant impact on shaping client strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering long-term partnerships that enable digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and stakeholder alignment

• Manage the successful delivery of complex technology programs to achieve quality and performance objectives

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within client accounts

• Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards

• Oversee project budgets, resources, and risk management to maintain efficiency and profitability

• Conduct workshops, client presentations, and regular status meetings to ensure transparency and engagement

• Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and onboarding for new projects

• Track and report delivery progress, proactively addressing challenges and mitigating risks

• Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and technology delivery management

• Prior experience in the Public/Government sector working with senior stakeholders

• Strong track record of managing complex projects and maintaining client satisfaction

• Knowledge of technology solutions implementation and integration with business processes

• Familiarity with AI solutions or demonstrated commitment to adopting emerging technologies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Guernsey and travel as needed

• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe

• Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation projects
