DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:

Engagement Lead

Start date: 9/1/2026
End date: 3/31/2027
Days: Part-time; about 17 hours a week
Mode of delivery: Hybrid, onsite as needed for workshops/events
City State: Remote/TN

Role description: Leads Workstream 1 (Program Mobilization and Governance) — establishes engagement structure, stakeholder alignment, governance cadence, and decision tracking. Serves as primary point of contact with Y-12 leadership and Carahsoft. Chairs executive checkpoint reviews and steers the Phase 0 engagement toward the transformation blueprint and ROM deliverables. Owns the executive recommendation package and Phase 1 mobilization plan (Workstream 11)
