The Engagement Manager supports the Senior Director of Engagement with the execution of United Way's engagement strategy, including all programs that educate stakeholders about the challenges United Way is working to address in the community. These programs include hands-on educational activities like Connect U and the Poverty Spiral, and volunteer events for any audience, including corporate partners, individuals, families and leadership donors. The Engagement Manager plays a key role in mobilizing thousands of volunteers, hundreds of the region's top companies, and leading human services agencies in support of United Way's overall strategic objectives.
Abachelor's degree andthree to five years in volunteer management, event planning or similar field isrequired. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of education.
Annual Salary
Pay Grade 106
Salary Range - $52,000 - $57,000
