You will provide oversight and management of resources, as well as scope, schedule and cost related to projects. Utilizing best practices for effective project management, you will lead project management and operational support activities to define work schedules and assignments, review deliverables, manage discrepancies and communicate effectively with the customer and team. \n \nWhat is the role?\n \n\u25cf Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle \n \n\u25cf Lead ServiceNow implementation projects using the GlideFast Engagement Methodology and ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF), ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget \n \n\u25cf Proactively manage project governance including RIDAC items, budget tracking, schedule adherence, and scope management to drive successful outcomes \n \n\u25cf Develop and maintain detailed project plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and resource forecasts while keeping PPM and related tools updated with project status, risks, and issues \n \n\u25cf Drive clear communication with clients and leadership through weekly status reporting, risk management, and proactive issue resolution \n \n\u25cf Oversee the creation and delivery of project collateral such as kickoff decks, meeting notes, and implementation documentation, ensuring timely distribution and centralized storage \n \n\u25cf Facilitate discovery workshops to validate requirements and align business objectives with technical solutions \n \n\u25cf Collaborate with Solution Consultant, BPC's, and developers to deliver high-quality, best practice solutions that achieve measurable results and positive client feedback \n \n\u25cf Act as the primary liaison and escalation point for clients, advising on strategic initiatives, participating in customer success reviews, and driving consistently strong CSAT scores \n \n\u25cf Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies \n \n\u25cf Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions \n \n\u25cf Demonstrate strong corporate citizenship by completing required administrative tasks such as timesheets, feedback forms, and internal documentation accurately and on time \n \nWhat experience do you need for success?\n \n\u25cf 2+ years experience in project/program management \n \n\u25cf 1+ year(s) professional consulting experience \n \n\u25cf Knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem \n \n\u25cf Knowledge of one or more project management software suites: MSProject, JIRA, ServiceNow PPM \n \n\u25cf Experience providing effective, regular client project status reports \n \n\u25cf Experience with Scrum methodology and project management \n \n\u25cf Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize the current GlideFast implementation and advisory methodologies \n \n\u25cf Beginner to intermediate experience with multiple Agile and project management frameworks: SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Kanban, Lean\n \nWhat will you bring with you?\n \n\u25cf Agile/SAFe Scrum Master certification \n \n\u25cf CSA \n \n\u25cf Maintain an active government security clearance if applicable\n \nThe starting pay range for this role is $160,000.00 - $185,000.00.
