Job Summary<\/b>
<\/div>
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)<\/b> to lead large -scale Data and/or Digital transformation projects. The role requires managing global delivery teams, owning customer relationships, and driving account growth through successful execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Lead end -to -end delivery of Data and/or Digital programs within Banking and Enterprise Risk Management domains
    <\/div><\/li>
    • Act as the primary client -facing engagement lead, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long -term relationship building
      <\/div><\/li>
      • Own account management responsibilities, including revenue growth, renewals, and identification of new opportunities
        <\/div><\/li>
        • Manage and coordinate global, cross -functional teams across geographies
          <\/div><\/li>
          • Partner with senior client stakeholders (CXO / EVP level) to align delivery outcomes with business objectives
            <\/div><\/li>
            • Oversee project governance, financials, risk management, and compliance
              <\/div><\/li>
              • Ensure delivery excellence, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
                <\/div><\/li>
                • Support pre -sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, and client presentations

                  Requirements<\/h3>
                  • Strong domain experience in Banking and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
                    <\/div><\/li>
                    • Proven experience leading Data and/or Digital transformation projects
                      <\/div><\/li>
                      • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex client engagements
                        <\/div><\/li>
                        • Experience leading global delivery teams
                          <\/div><\/li>
                          • Solid background in customer relationship management and account management
                            <\/div><\/li>
                            • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
                              <\/div><\/li>
                              • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L for accounts
                                <\/div><\/li><\/ul>
                                Preferred / Nice -to -Have<\/b>
                                <\/div>
                                • Experience with regulatory risk, credit risk, market risk, or operational risk platforms
                                  <\/div><\/li>
                                  • Exposure to analytics, cloud, AI/ML, or digital platforms in banking
                                    <\/div><\/li>
                                    • Consulting or professional services background
