Legends and The Ohio State University Alumni Association have partnered to enhance engagement with Buckeye graduates around the world. The higher education fundraising landscape has transformed throughout the past decade and we recognize efforts to successfully engage alumni and friends must evolve. The partnership will introduce a new Engagement Center to identify constituents' interests, to produce and deliver relevant and engaging content and to cultivate meaningful relationships with Ohio State alumni and friends.

Reporting to the Engagement Center Manager, the Engagement Specialist is responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, alumni, parents and friends of the university, with the goal of them becoming donors and continuing to give to Ohio State by providing excellent customer service. This is achieved by creating unique engagements through an omnichannel (inbound/outbound phone, email, text and web chat) approach. This position plays an essential role in implementing the engagement and fundraising efforts for The Ohio State University.
