The Engine Controller Hardware Development Leader's main mission will be to oversee the progress of product and process qualification for electronic control module components, from supplier selection to series industrialization. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Ensure the development, validation, integration, and qualification of components within their scope.<\/span>

Develop and publish engine control module performance standards.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Execute programs through PDP that meet or exceed objectives for performance, cost, weight, investment, and quality.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Direct suppliers in developing, testing, and releasing components to meet Stellantis vehicle level requirements and sub -system level behavior objectives.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Directly involved with supplier design efforts and design reviews to ensure the supplier design meets Stellantis expectation as listed in Stellantis specifications.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Manage product and process changes based on identified needs.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Oversee risks and critical points while addressing technical issues related to their scope.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Develop core component <\/span>hardware DFMEA<\/span> for <\/span>ECM modules<\/span>. Review and sign off on Suppliers Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA).<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Cross -Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and production feasibility.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Support field warranty and quality investigations, leading the root cause analysis effort as well as contributing to the identification and validation of the optimal solution.<\/span>
