Engine Field Technician / Mechanic

Perform all levels of repair and preventative maintenance on engines as well as diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and make all critical repairs and adjustment Perform required DOT inspections to ensure service truck is in proper, safe working order Basic mechanical knowledge including electrical and hydraulics Must have a valid drivers license General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments Must be able to read and comprehend specifications, service and parts literature, technical bulletins, schematics, line diagrams and other related publications. Ability to drive and valid license required with ability to obtain CDL Experience with all makes and models of engine rebuilds Ability to foster positive relationships internally and externally
