Engineer 1

The Level 1 Engineer is responsible for maintaining hotel facilities to ensure optimal condition with minimal disruption.

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, and other equipment.

• Read blueprints, troubleshoot systems, and repair electronic locks and kitchen equipment.
• 
  
• Record maintenance activities, adhere to safety and code standards, and perform painting, drywall, and furniture repairs.
• 
  
• Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in hospitality or related fields.
  
  
• Must be physically capable of heavy work and effective in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving.
  
  
• Flexibility for long hours, attendance at training, and adherence to safety and appearance standards are required.
  
  Additional duties include cross-training and maintaining confidentiality.
