Job description:
- We are seeking an experienced React UI Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable user interfaces for modern web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React, strong UI/UX sensibilities, and a proven track record of delivering performance, maintainable front-end solutions in complex environments. Working experience with Java services and infrastructure (Terraform, AWS Cloud, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability and consistency.
- Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into clean, efficient code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Lead front-end architecture decisions and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure best practices in state management, component design, and performance optimization.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure UI reliability and quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
- 2–3 years of experience in front-end or UI development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern React features including Hooks, Context, and functional components.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Next.js or other React frameworks.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or Chakra.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools.
- Experience working with large-scale applications.
- Android Native experience is a plus.
- Working experience with Java services is a plus.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead UI initiatives.
- Passion for clean code, usability, and user experience.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, Agile environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
