Skills and Responsibilities

·         BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or General)

·         1•2 years of progressive engineering experience (Preferred) Project Management

·         Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization

·         Computer Assisted Design/Geographic Information System • basic proficiency MS Office

·         advanced proficiency
