OverviewJob Title: Engineer 2 - Supply Chain ApplicationsBrand(s): CatalystPrimary Work Location: Plano, TX or Lyndhurst, NJThe Engineer 2 - Supply Chain Applications will lead the development activities for the Infios (High Jump) WMS application. They will participate in analysis, design, testing, training and implementation phases for WMS and related logistics projects. Must have robust functional and technical understanding of Warehouse operations, processes and data flow with host systems. Must be familiar with SDLC approaches and documentation requirements for compliance. This individual will be a thought leader and will help provide maintenance and production support of existing capabilities and integrations.ResponsibilitiesLeverage experience to act as a lead developer of the Infios (High Jump) WMS application and the integration to the material handling and ERP systemsLead the analysis, design, development, testing, training and implementation of project objectives and business requirementsCollaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs and applicationsDevelop, maintain and support in-house custom applicationsFollow the required system development life cycleWork independently or within a defined project teamTakes direction from senior technical staffInteract with all levels of managementStrong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsQualifications5-8 years of WMS Application Development experience with Infios (High Jump) Warehouse Advantage and experience with multiple Infios implementations across multiple companiesRetail Industry experience preferredExperience using MS SQL Server 2016 or equivalent; .NET and/or J2EE or similar technologies (.NET preferred)BA/BS degree is required – Or the equivalent in work experienceMust be able to write MS SQL stored procedures and user-defined functionsMS SQL Server administration & query performance optimization skills preferredWorking knowledge of Visual Studio and IIS preferredExperience managing source code repository and maintaining a version control systemFamiliarity with SSRS ReportingStrong technical skillsEffective time management and organization skillsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentTravel may be required, based on business needs.Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
