JOB PURPOSE Engineer 3, Asset Management will apply advanced-level engineering principlesto the development and maintenance of the asset management system, whichincludes electric, gas, and water operations; facilities; and provides assetfunctionality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Apply advanced-level engineering principlesto perform, develop, set up, and maintain asset management system andprocesses for facilities and electric, gas, and water operations, which consist ofasset groups, asset categories, asset attributes, activities, failure sets, andpreventative maintenance (PM) schedules. Provide advanced-level analysis ofasset functionality by monitoring trends, cost, failure history, and PM schedules.Training end users on Oracle asset management system including assethierarchy, cost, and failure analysis. Act as liaison between facilities,engineering and operation areas; and plant accounting to ensure accuracy ofassets. Stay abreast of the latest developments in asset management. OperateDivision vehicles and the utilization of computer hardware equipment andsoftware applications. Perform other duties as directed.
