Their vertically integrated model, strong leadership team, and long-term project backlog create a unique environment for growth, stability, and career advancement.Job DescriptionSupport the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects. Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Collaborate closely with field operations, superintendents, vendors, and clients to maintain project milestones. Monitor project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reports. Help manage budgets, forecasting, and project financial performance. Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Coordinate resources and support day-to-day project operations to ensure successful project execution. Contribute to the continued growth and development of the company's Virginia operations.
