Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading enterprise data initiatives, overseeing data pipeline development, analytics solutions, and reporting platforms to support business decision-making.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage data-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery of data engineering, reporting, and analytics initiatives.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure services, and Microsoft Fabric.

• Build and optimize ETL processes, SQL stored procedures, data models, and data transformations for enterprise data solutions.

• Develop and support Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics models to provide actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, compliance, and alignment with business requirements.

• Utilize Python/PySpark and Azure technologies to improve data processing performance, reliability, and overall platform efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Azure-based data solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python/PySpark, and Azure data services.

• Proven expertise in designing scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, data modeling, reporting solutions, and enterprise data analytics platforms.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
