Engineer- Construction - II

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5+ years

Responsibilities:
" Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects.
" Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service including.
" Daily activities include schedule and financial management as well as interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings.
" Must have attention to detail, sense of urgency and wireless network (cell site) construction experience as well as technical aptitude with computers to navigate tools.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
" BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or three or more years of work experience related to Macro Cellsite Build.
" Experience in the wireless telecom industry, preferably Macro New Site Build or Modification Projects
" Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.
" Excellent team player
Must be well organized and able to work under time pressure.
" Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
" Strong technical and project management knowledge.
" Strong problem solving skills, project planning and time management.
" Knowledge and experience with the full suite of Google Workspace, including data analytical features such as PivotTable and VLOOKUP
" Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members and other cross-functional teams.
" Knowledgeable and very familiar with industry and cellsite construction standards/practices.
" Prior experince in reviewing and evaluating Construction Drawings and Post-construction Close-out-Packages


DESIRED SKILLS:
" Prior work experience working with *** or *** tools [FUZE, etc.]
" Knowledge or familiarity with Samsung RAN equipment
" Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Telecom technologies.
" Knowledge of RF, Transport and Wireless Construction.
" Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
" Knowledge of HUB, CRAN & DRAN architecture.
" Engineering, Planning, and/or Operations knowledge of 5G Wireless Networks.
" Power, Space and Cooling knowledge.
