Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
- Network design and implementations
- Outside Plant and Inside Plant cabling
- Develop scope of work.
Basic Qualifications: Electrical Engineer 2- 2 Years with Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with Masters- Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelors Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- Understanding the types of network cables.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
