Job Title: Equipment Engineer
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Overland Park, KS
Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:
" Responsible for Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple project types.
" Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics.
" Creating Material Requests.
" Forecast future needs based on project start dates.
" Ensure proper tracking of all components.
" Monitor all equipment expenditures.
" Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment.
" Equipment Procurement & Optimization.
" Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.
" Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Equipment procurement forecasting - Skilled in projecting equipment needs based on project timelines
Vendor & Supply Chain Management - Experience managing relationships with OEMs, distributors and vendors
BOM Management - Ability to review and maintain accurate BOM aligned with site designs and RF requirements
Cross Functional Collaboration - Ability to work closely with RF Engineers, Construction Engineers, and project managers to align build schedules
Attention To Detail & Problem Solving - Sharp focus on order accuracy and resolving delivery or equipment issues quickly
