Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Erie, PA (Remote). This role involves facilitating PI planning and ART events while driving continuous improvement and managing risks, dependencies, and program execution across teams.
Rate Range: $71/Hour to $78/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos to ensure smooth execution.
Manage and optimize value flow using program and value stream Kanban systems.
Track program increment objectives, dependencies, risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders on Lean-Agile principles and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement through workshops, metrics analysis, and maturity assessments of the ART.
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and leadership to align strategy, execution, and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience in Agile program management or Release Train Engineer (RTE) roles.
Strong expertise in SAFe/Agile methodologies with proven experience facilitating ART events and scaling Agile practices.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, risk/dependency tracking, and driving continuous improvement across large programs.

Pay Details: $71.00 to $78.00 per hour
